PHOENIX — A pair of home collections in a single family-style Maricopa community are now for sale, a leading homebuilder announced on Aug. 8.

Anderson Farms, a neighborhood located just northeast of the Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway, is home to recently completed collections Dream and Cottage by Lennar.

Both collections offer homes starting in the mid-to-high $200,000s and their individual living quarters feature two bathrooms and two or three bedrooms, a press release said.

Differences between 2 new home collections in Maricopa

Prospective homebuyers at Dream can choose from one of four floorplans ranging from 814 to 1,120 square feet. This collection is “designed living for comfort and convenience.”

The Cottage homes come in slightly bigger sizes, with square footage from 969 to 1,232, and have garages that can fit up to two cars.

Both collections sit near Copper Sky Recreation Complex and the Maricopa Public Library.

Alan Jones, Lennar’s Phoenix division president, said the installments are “an exceptional opportunity in today’s market, especially for first-time homebuyers.”

Affordable housing will also soon be available at the nearby The Ranches at Gunsmoke, which has an expected opening date in 2026.
