Pinstripes are officially That Girl for summer and fall 2025. Zoë Kravitz was photographed in pinstriped trousers on August 11 in New York City, and the classic menswear pattern has never looked cooler.
The actor was dressed for her appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers. She wore low-slung, pleated, black pinstriped dress pants with a cropped black vest top, leaving plenty of bare midriff. But, as everyone knows, the secret to a truly great outfit is all in the styling.
The filmmaker dressed down her office siren-adjacent take on business casual with a black rope choker necklace and silver dangly earrings, and covered her hair with a black bandana. She added plastic silver sunglasses to enhance the biker-meets-boardroom vibe, and black satin pumps. As with many of Kravitz’s looks, this ‘fit looks deceptively effortless.
Kravitz appears to be cosigning the pinstripe looks we’ve recently seen all over the set of The Devil Wears Prada 2. Anne Hathaway and Emily Blunt have both been pictured filming the upcoming sequel wearing pinstripes styled in various ways. In fact, one of Hathaway’s looks is a black pinstriped set with pleated trousers and a sleeveless vest, that is quite similar to what Kravitz wears here.
But Zoë Kravitz is not filming The Devil Wears Prada 2 (as far as we know). She’s promoting her upcoming film, Caught Stealing, which co-stars Austin Butler.
Starting in the spring of 2025, rumors that Kravitz and Butler are dating began circulating online. Anonymous sources have told tabloids that their chemistry is as good off-screen as it is on, but they are keeping things under the radar for now. However, there has been no confirmation from either Kravitz or Butler, and we still haven’t seen any of the canoodling pics we did when she and Channing Tatum were first together.
