Brandon Blackstock and his girlfriend, Brittney Marie Jones, lived together in his mansion in Montana before his death, public records obtained by Page Six show.

The music executive purchased the scenic property in Butte, Montana, in 2022, and the public records list it as Jones’ residence as early as April 2024.

However, it is unclear when exactly Blackstock’s other half moved in with him and Page Six is unable to independently corroborate the date. Reps could not be reached for comment.

An off-market real estate listing for the nearly $1.7 million estate shows the 4,800-square foot, single-family house boasts four large bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen with a wine refrigerator, a barn with a loft and tack room, a greenhouse and a three-car garage.

An insider has said that Blackstock spent his final days there because “that’s how he liked it.”

“Brandon lived a pretty quiet life in Montana,” the source told Us Weekly earlier this week. “Even though he worked in entertainment in the past, that was not his personality.”

The insider shared the agent favored the Montana house because it allowed him to go “under the radar.”

Blackstock kept details about his personal life very private. However, an obituary released this week revealed he had been in a “loving” relationship with Jones following his split from ex-wife Kelly Clarkson.

“Brandon, along with his beautiful and loving partner in life and business, Brittney Marie Jones, started building a life, building companies, and working tirelessly to create Headwaters Livestock Auction and what will live on as his legacy, The Valley View Rodeo in Bozeman, Montana,” the tribute said.

Jones’ father, Larry Jones, then shared via Facebook that Blackstock had been his daughter’s “soulmate.”

Brittney, like Blackstock, had been married before, though. Social media posts show she tied the knot with a musician in September 2021, but it’s unclear when they split.

Blackstock, for his part, separated from Clarkson in June 2020 and their divorce was finalized in 2022.

The television producer knew Brittney, 35, while he was going through his marital issues, as she states on her LinkedIn that she worked for Blackstock as an executive assistant from 2018 to 2022. She also managed the day to day schedules for Clarkson, now 43, during that time.

It’s unknown, though, whether Blackstock and Brittney crossed any professional lines or if their relationship did not turn romantic until they were both single.

Last week, a rep for the Blackstock family confirmed the father of four had sadly died at age 48.

“Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years,” the spokesperson said on Aug. 7.

“He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers and ask everyone to respect the family’s privacy during this very difficult time.”

Blackstock’s official cause of death has been confirmed as melanoma, a form of skin cancer.
