We love our reality TV queens, but sometimes it’s their plus-one who steals the show.

The very special guests on this list cemented themselves as small-screen icons even if the spotlight isn’t always on them. From quotable clapbacks to raw, emotional moments, these people deserve their flowers… but only one can be crowned “The Most Valuable Plus-One.”

We’re leaving it up to you to decide who you’d want by your side at every dramatic dinner, chaotic getaway and over-the-top wedding.

You can vote for the person you think should win in Virtual Reali-Tea’s inaugural “VRT” awards from now until Aug. 27, and then come celebrate the winner live with hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy and lots of incredible guests in NYC on Sept. 17.

Joe Gorga, from “The Real Housewives of New Jersey”

Joe Gorga has been a fan-favorite since the early days of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” constantly supporting his wife, Melissa Gorga, even if that meant going against his family.

Over a decade after Joe’s debut on the franchise, his commitment to Melissa never faltered. From sending their daughter off to college to building a new house together, this dynamic duo never grew out of the honeymoon phase and probably never will.

Colin Dooley, from “Baylen Out Loud”

Colin Dooley’s unwavering support for his fiancée, Baylen Dupree, was on full display throughout “Baylen Out Loud,” her hit TLC show candidly showcasing her journey with Tourette syndrome.

Fans watched as Dooley displayed patience, kindness and comedic relief throughout Dupree’s highs and lows, all leading up to the season finale when he popped the question.

Seth Marks, from “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City”

Despite some rough patches, Seth and Meredith Marks have been an iconic couple since the first season of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.”

Whether he’s supporting his “Housewife” lover in the bathtub or son Brooks through his sexuality journey on “Next Gen NYC,” Seth always stands strong beside the ones he loves.

Romain Bonnet, from “Selling Sunset”

If there’s one thing we know for sure about Romain Bonnet, it’s that he always has wife Mary Bonnet’s back.

Viewers not only saw Romain support Mary through her miscarriage and fertility journey on “Selling Sunset,” but also throughout The Oppenheim Group’s most explosive fights that required him to be a “bodyguard.”

Russell Abraira, from “The Real Housewives of Miami”

“Real Housewives of Miami” stars Russell and Guerdy Abraira are the real deal.

The high school sweethearts’ strong connection was put to the test when she heartbreakingly revealed she had breast cancer during Season 6.

Viewers watched Russell stick by his wife’s side throughout her entire cancer journey, even encouraging her to keep her shaved head after she beat the disease.

Guerdy exclusively told Page Six that her husband is “obsessed” with her bald head, adding that it’s “now part of [her] foreplay.”

Now that you know the nominees for “The MVPO,” you can cast your vote for who should win in Virtual Reali-Tea’s “VRT” Awards.

And don’t miss out on an unforgettable night of juicy interviews with iconic reality stars at our live show on Sept. 17!
