The wait is finally over as the NFL preseason is officially here, and these two squads continue their preparation for their opening games of the regular season during this matchup.
We likely will not see many of the stars in action, as all of Aaron Rodgers, DK Metcalf, and Brian Thomas Jr. will almost certainly get the night off. However, there are still plenty of storylines to follow.
It will be interesting to see if Travis Hunter gets some reps in this one. The Jaguars’ top draft pick is hoping to play both sides of the ball this upcoming season, and is listed as a starting wide receiver and backup defensive back.
The coaching staff might want to get him out there for a quarter or two to see if he has what it takes to go both ways. Hunter is one of the most talented athletes to enter the NFL in quite some time, so if anyone can do it, it is the Colorado product.
