Cheryl Burke lost a significant amount of weight — while still enjoying the sweeter things in life.

“At my heaviest I was about 150,” Burke told Us Weekly in a new interview published Saturday, noting that she doesn’t weigh herself daily anymore because “it was a problem.”

“The last time I checked, I was 109,” she divulged of her weight loss journey. “I feel f—ing great; my energy is on another level. That 109 doesn’t matter, what matters is how I feel.”

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum, 41, still indulges in candy, stating “I eat licorice.” She also noted that she’s “not trying” to shed any additional pounds.

“I have my morning fruit shake, which is more calories than any of my meals that I’m eating,” Burke added of her eating regimen. “I have to have my matcha from Peet’s Coffee every morning, and if they have the warm pretzel bread, I’ll get it because it’s just the best thing in the world.”

The beauty influencer pointed out that she’s “very lenient” when it comes to diet — although she relies on a “delicious” portion control food delivery service called Z.E.N. to keep her on track.

“I have oatmeal with fruit every morning,” she said. “I have a snack, pita, chips and hummus. Lunch is normally a salad and then I will have my dinner. It’s not diet food, it’s real food.”

The ballroom dancer admitted that she used to be an “emotional eater” who ate late and hit up fast food drive-thrus. Now, she doesn’t “remember the last time” she ate fast food because she doesn’t crave it.

Z.E.N. — which Burke said is like having a chef — has helped her “create more balance” in her meals. “I’ve learned that starving myself, then eating one big meal, doesn’t work for my body,” she said.

Burke — who was previously married to Matthew Lawrence — shared she also multitasks as part of her health and wellness routine.

“I walk my dog a couple miles a day,” she told Us. “I have a treadmill where I edit my content because now that I’m a full-time beauty influencer, I actually can only edit content on a treadmill. It’s the craziest.”

Burke first revealed her dramatic weight-loss transformation in May.

She reiterated to People at the time, “I have so much more energy than I ever have.”
