EXCLUSIVE: Leonine Studios is taking its children’s audiobook business international with the launch of a Lego Ninjago series.

Starting tomorrow (July 25), four audiobooks will be made available around the world on platforms such as Spotify, Audible, Amazon Music Unlimited, Apple Music and Deezer.

One audiobook will launch each subsequent month, with the focus being on territories such as the U.S., Canada and the UK.

“The international release of the Lego Ninjago audiobooks represents a new milestone in our 14-year partnership with Lego,” said Ingrid Hölzel, SVP Marketing Audio at Leonine Studios. “We are thrilled to bring the excitement of audiobooks and audio content to children around the world with these brilliant audiobook productions. Parents will enjoy the new screen-free time their children will have, and Ninjago fans will love the new audio content.”

Leonine Audio, which is part of Mediawan‘s Leonine Studios, had previously focus purely on German-speaking markets, but is now targeting faster growing English-language markets as well.

Besides Lego Ninjago, it has released stories for the likes of Paw Patrol, Fireman Sam, PJ Marks and Polly Pocket.
