Sprint car fans don’t get many chances to watch races on television, but FOX Sports 1 will air the Joker’s Jackpot at Eldora Speedway on Thursday night, the first nationally televised sprint car racing since World of Outlaws aired during COVID.
If you haven’t had a chance to watch the High Limits series, this is your chance to catch the action.

Last year, David Gravel won this race and the $100,000 prize, winning a chaotic 40-lap race that featured multiple issues for other contenders. Tyler Courtney and James McFadden were both running in the top five when flat tires derailed their shot of winning, while Giovanni Sclezi crashed from the lead with just seven laps left to go.
Donny Schatz finished second last year, followed by Brad Sweet, Justin Peck and Rico Abreu. NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Larson was in the field and was running second late, but a mechanical issue slowed his car and he finished just 20th on the night.
This race is part of King’s Royal Week at Eldora Speedway, one of the biggest dirt track weekends in the world. It’s capped off by Saturday’s Kings Royal, a World of Outlaws event paying $200,000 to the winner.
Eldora Speedway has long been one of the top dirt tracks in the country. The half-mile oval in Rossburg, Ohio, has been owned by former NASCAR and IndyCar champion Tony Stewart since 2004.
