A 16-year-old girl was stabbed to death during an apparent dispute at a Bronx deli Tuesday afternoon – and her killer remains on the loose, according to police.

Aliyah Williams was found with multiple stab wounds to her face, chest and body when police responded to Deli Grocery on Boston Road in Williamsbridge just before 4 p.m., an NYPD rep said.

She was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center in critical condition, but was later pronounced dead.

The teen’s shaken grandmother, Rose Anderson, was at work when she learned that an argument erupted at the store just before the alleged assailant’s knife fatally pierced her granddaughter’s heart.

The relatives had exchanged text messages just hours earlier.

“I never expected this to really happen to her because she’s not a bad kid,” the somber grandma said at the grisly scene, describing Williams as a people person with good manners who went to school and always listened to her parents.

“She’s sadly missed by everyone. I’m sorry she had to go this way and I hope they find the killer.”

No arrests have been made, police said, describing the female suspect as wearing all black, white sneakers, and a red or pink headpiece when she fled the scene.

Residents of the usually quiet neighborhood – where the teen lived just two blocks from the violent scene – were left rattled by the stabbing.

“I’ve lived on this block for a year and nothing like this has ever happened. It’s quiet,” said neighbor Guy Smith, who lives across the street from the grief-stricken family.

“It’s very, very sad. I get very emotional about these things because she’s only 16. I’m weak, I’m gonna cry and tear up and hope for the best and give my respects to the family.”

Another resident was left desperate for answers as the cause of the dispute remains unknown.

“For this to happen, it’s sad and it’s not a good look,” Brian Jenkins said.

“And the crazy part is, we have no answers. We don’t know what happened… We don’t know why it happened, who did it, why was the cause of it. It’s sad.”

Police said the incident remains under investigation.
