Ellen DeGeneres is in Rosie O’Donnell’s corner.
Despite the comedians’ longstanding feud, the former “Ellen DeGeneres Show” host showed her support via Instagram after President Trump threatened to revoke O’Donnell’s citizenship.
DeGeneres, 67, reposted the politician’s Truth Social post claiming he was “giving serious consideration to” stripping O’Donnell of her citizenship — despite not having the power to do so — and called her a “threat to humanity.”
He wrote that the actress, 63, “should remain in the wonderful Country of Ireland if they want her,” referencing O’Donnell’s recent move with 12-year-old child Clay.
DeGeneres, who also shared a screenshot of O’Donnell’s clapback in her upload, wrote, “Good for you @rosie.”
O’Donnell’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
In her lengthy response to Trump, O’Donnell poked fun at the 79-year-old for the way she “still live[s] rent-free in that collapsing brain of [his].”
She asked, “You want to revoke my citizenship? Go ahead and try it, King Joffrey with a tangerine spray tan. I’m not yours to silence. I never was.”
O’Donnell noted that she is building “a life for [her] autistic kid in a country where decency still exists.”
She confirmed this move in March, telling her TikTok followers that she left America two months prior.
As for DeGeneres, she relocated to England last year with her wife, Portia De Rossi.
DeGeneres, notably, dissed O’Donnell in 1998 when she told Larry King she didn’t know the “Rosie O’Donnell Show” host and they weren’t friends.
“It hurt my feelings like a baby, and I never really got over it,” O’Donnell told “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” viewers in 2022.
“I wish her all good things in her life,” O’Donnell insisted at the time.
She addressed their feud again in April, explaining to Us Weekly that she doesn’t have any “malice” towards her fellow Daytime Emmy winner.
“I don’t want to fight against another gay woman,” O’Donnell said. “It’s not like we’re tenaciously opposed to each other. We’re just very different people. We have had some stuff in the past that we never resolved.”
