Kanye West’s ex-assistant is making more bombshell claims in an amended lawsuit.
Lauren Pisciotta accused her former boss of assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment and more in a lawsuit, according to legal documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday.
The 36-year-old claimed in Wednesday’s filing that much of these alleged crimes took place during a business trip to San Francisco.
After Pisciotta turned down alleged advances from West, she claims he kissed her on the mouth and later masturbated while “forcibly touching” her vagina during a writing session in his hotel room.
She went on to allege that West barged into her room asking to use her shower before orally raping her while she was pinned down and “froze[n] in shock and fear.”
According to Pisciotta, West also “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men” — and allegedly did so with her, offering her as a sexual gift to someone whose significant other he was hooking up with.
She also claimed the Grammy winner locked her in his bedroom while he masturbated during a plane ride.
The docs additionally alleged that West “subjected her to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight-fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch [him] perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused.”
Following her firing, West allegedly moved into an apartment unit in Pisciotta’s building, “placing her in fear for her safety,” and “forcibly grabbed [her] by the throat” and licked her ear.
She has since moved to Florida but claimed the fashion designer has continued to allegedly harass her via swatting.
West’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Pisciotta initially made headlines in June 2024 for claiming West sexually harassed and wrongfully terminated her.
The Yeezy creator’s lawyers called the claims “baseless” at the time, calling her legal action “frivolous.”
The attorneys alleged Pisciotta pursued her employer to “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits” and blackmailed West when he “rejected” her.
Four months after the songwriter’s denial, Pisciotta amended her lawsuit and accused West of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs — which he has yet to comment on.
