Bott faces charges of trafficking dangerous drugs, two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, with a bond set at $135,000.

Bailey has been charged with trafficking dangerous drugs, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, with a bond set at $125,000.
