- Solid Homme presented its “Super Normal” Spring/Summer 2026 collection in Paris
Solid Homme is embracing the everyday for its Spring/Summer 2026 collection. Shown in Paris earlier in the week, Designer Woo Young Mi‘s latest seasonal range – entitled “Super Normal” – seeks to spotlight the striking in the mundane, the beauty in the boring, taking tried-and-true daily staples to
The pastel-hued presentation features shades of blue, green and yellow, and leans into different patterning of stripes and plaids. Sportswear comingles with more sophisticated tailoring, rugby shirts layered atop Oxford button-downs. Checkered shorts are paired with patterned blazers and overshirts, while loose-fiting trousers surface in hues of gray, black, and brown.
“The collection proliferates on the notion of elevating the seemingly mundane; objects – a coffee pot, an iron, a bottle opener, headphones – are transformed into keepsakes, reimagined as leather charms,” read the collection’s show notes.
“Firmly placed in the ordinary, Spring/Summer 2026 sees its characters perform everyday tasks, reminding us that this is not a story of excess but of intention. A quiet reverence for the overlooked. A proposal that the most enduring expressions of self may be found not in grand gestures, but in what we choose to carry with us.”
