They can’t stand the rain.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s celebrity wedding guests got caught in a torrential downpour when a thunderstorm brought an early end to the couple’s welcome party in Venice, Italy, on Thursday evening.

The bride was seen fleeing Madonna dell’Orto church for her water taxi as staff held umbrellas to keep her dry.

Kim and Khloé Kardashian also attempted to avoid the rain while making their exit from the bash.

Kris, Kendall and Kylie Jenner were also spotted leaving quickly.

The Khy founder even shared a photo of her rain-drenched water taxi on her Instagram Stories.

Oprah Winfrey appeared to be in a good mood as she headed to her water taxi alongside bestie Gayle King.

And newly single Orlando Bloom was photographed smiling and chatting as he waited to depart.

Due to the unexpected weather, the water taxis were assembled 45 minutes before the bash was scheduled to conclude at midnight, per the Daily Mail.

“It just goes to show you can have all the money in the world but you can’t control the weather,” one onlooker told the outlet. “Although an Italian saying says a wet bride is a happy and lucky bride.”

The star-studded soirée was the kickoff for Bezos and Sánchez’s three-day wedding festivities in Venice, which has already been met with backlash and protests.

Earlier in the evening, the Kardashian-Jenners, Ivanka Trump, Orlando Bloom, Tom Brady, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ellie Goulding, Usher and more celebrities were photographed departing their hotels for the pre-wedding celebration.

The billionaire Amazon founder, 61, and his bride — who are already married — were seen sharing a passionate kiss aboard their water taxi en route to the party.

Sánchez, 55, wore a strapless couture gown with a waist-snatching corset and pulled her hair back into a ponytail.

Page Six exclusively learned that VIP guests have been kept in the dark about the events surrounding the couple’s nuptials this weekend.

“The guests don’t know the locations,” a source told us. “They were given times and no details. They just get taken there.”
