Kevin Williamson‘s The Waterfront debuted atop Netflix‘s weekly TV list with 8.3M views in its first few days on the streamer.

The crime drama about a family’s attempts to save their fishing empire premiered with half its episode on June 19. The rest of the episodes are set to release on July 8, so it’s likely that the series will stick around the Netflix Top 10 for a while as audiences get acclimated with Williamson’s latest offering.

Ginny & Georgia Season 3 came in second place, although it had quite the viewership decline from last week, tallying 8.1M views from June 16 to 22. A bit of an audience taper is to be expected, though, because the new episodes have been out since June 5.

Still, the show is managing to flex its popularity with Seasons 1 and 2 also remaining on the weekly rankings. Season 1 came in at No. 8 in English TV with 2.7M views, while Season 2 took 10th place, also with 2.7M.

Meanwhile, Season 2 of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s FUBAR marked its first full week on Netflix, pulling off a slight audience uptick. The second season took home 3.3M views, which was good enough for seventh place. That’s at least some growth over its premiere week, when it opened with 2.2M views from Thursday through Sunday. But, it seems safe to say that a large portion of FUBAR‘s Season 1 audience has not returned for more. For context, the first season racked up about 11M views during its own premiere weekend back in May 2023.

Overall, it appeared to be quite a sleepy week in TV on Netflix. The most-watched title of the week was Tyler Perry’s Straw, which earned 20M views to put it comfortably atop the English Films list.
