SPOILER ALERT: This post details the recoupling from Love Island USA Season 7, Episode 20.

Casa Amor just began on Love Island USA, and things are already heating up.

After a mere 24 hours of coupling up, the Islanders had to recouple again, and the girl and the guy left single would be dumped from the villa.

On Monday night’s episode, Amaya Espinal and TJ Palma were the Islanders left vulnerable and at risk of being dumped. Host Ariana Madix told both of them that they had 24 hours to spark a connection with another Islander, otherwise they could lose their place in the villa.

Amaya got to work getting to know the Casa Amor boys to save her place on Love Island USA, and she got close to JD and Zak. It was with Zak, who was coupled up with Olandria, that Amaya shared several kisses. Olandria set a boundary with Zak, telling him she wouldn’t kiss him outside of a challenge as she wouldn’t do that outside in the real world.

In a conversation with Olandria, Chelley confesses that she feels confused as she has taken a liking to Chris.

“I feel like knots in my stomach,” Chelley said in a confessional about her feelings.

Before the recoupling, Amaya opened up with Olandria and told her she had shared several intimate moments with Zak, with whom she was coupled up.

What happened at the Casa Amor recoupling?

At the Casa Amor recoupling, Amaya stood in front of the fire pit, and the boys were asked to stand up if they had a better connection with her than with their current couple. Zak stood up, which left Olandria single and eliminated from the dating series.

“Me and Taylor will find our way to each other,” Olandria said after Huda asked what would happen with her and Taylor.

Over at the main villa, TJ stood up in front of the fire pit and the girls were ask to stand up if they had a connection with him. Vanna stood up which left Ace single and vulnerable.

After Ace stood in front of the fire pit, the girls were asked if they wanted to couple up with him, and CoCo stood up for him, leaving Taylor at risk of being eliminated.

Taylor then stood in front of the fire pit, and the girls were asked if they wanted to couple up with him, Clarke stood up, leaving Nic vulnerable to being dumped.

When Nic stood in front of the fire pit, no other girl chose to recouple with him, which marked the end for him in the villa.
