PHOENIX — Caribou Financial, an auto loan refinancing company, will be expanding with a new Chandler location.
The company signed a lease for a nearly 10,000-square- foot space at 25 S. Arizona Place, according to city of Chandler.
“The Phoenix metro area is one of the fastest-growing regions in the country,” Caribou Financial Sales and Operations Senior Vice President Robbie Boddy said in a statement.
“Our new office in downtown Chandler will help us tap into local talent to continue growing a team to serve customers across the country.”

Caribou Financial is based out of Colorado and the new Chandler location will add to its current operations.
The auto loan refinance company was founded by leaders from the technology, car and finance sectors.
Caribou referred to itself as a “fintech” company because it combines the use of technology and financial services.
The car loan company offers simplified auto refinancing through its online lending website.
“We are thrilled to welcome Caribou Financial to Chandler,” Chandler mayor Kevin Hartke said in a statement.
“Their expansion into our community highlights Chandler’s appeal to financial services firms looking for a pro-business environment, strong workforce and Class A office space surrounded by great amenities.”
