Zack Wickham has no shame about getting cosmetic work done on his private parts.

The reality star went to a medical center to get “Scrotox,” which involved injecting Botox into his scrotum, on Tuesday’s episode of “The Valley.”

Wickham explained he was getting the medical procedure for both sexual pleasure and so his private parts could look better.

“Apparently, it feels really good during sex and just looks aesthetically better,” Wickham said. “You know how balls go up and down? I just was like, ‘You know what? Let’s see what happens when they stay down.’”

Wickham was accompanied by his co-star Daniel Booko to the medical office, though Booko insisted he would not be getting Scrotox for himself.

Florida-based cosmetic surgeon Giselle Prado-Wright, MD tells Page Six Style, “Scrotox, or Botox injections to the scrotum, works by relaxing the cremaster muscle which is responsible for the natural ‘up and down’ movement of the testicles, known as the cremasteric reflex.

“When this muscle is overactive, it can cause the scrotum to contract tightly or retract, which some patients find uncomfortable or unappealing. By temporarily inactivating this reflex with Botox, the scrotum hangs lower, creating a smoother, more relaxed appearance.”

Wright adds, “Some patients report that this not only improves the aesthetic look, but also enhances sensitivity and comfort during sexual activity. While it’s primarily a cosmetic treatment, there can be secondary functional benefits for the right patient.”

According to the Center for Advanced Urology, Scrotox also addresses issues like excessive sweating. The procedure smooths out wrinkles and reduces the appearance of creases in the scrotum, leading to “a more even and youthful look.”

The Center for Advanced Urology notes that the procedure only takes about 15-30 minutes and doesn’t involve major recovery time.

Prior to his “Scrotox” reveal, Wickham, 37, appeared on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast in May. He dished on co-star Janet Caperna getting shade for apparently masterminding her way on “The Valley” by being a “Vanderpump Rules” superfan.

“[Caperna] explains it as she just happened to go to a pool party, Scheana [Shay] just happened to be there,” he told co-hosts Evan Real and Danny Murphy about how she got integrated into the group.

“Ummm, what I’ve heard from the past from — basically her — was that oh, she saw that Scheana was at a pool party there and she went, or was already a fan of ‘Vanderpump Rules’ and the Mondrian [hotel] was the place they were always at and she went because of that.”

“So I think the lore is kind of correct,” he continued about all the shady chatter of Caperna being a fan. “Like, it’s not lore, it is kind of exactly what you see.”

“The Valley” star Luke Broderick also called Caperna “a fan” when he made his own appearance on “Virtual Reali-Tea” in April.

“When I was first introduced to Janet, I thought, something seemed a little bit weird,” he said, noting there was some uncomfortableness on her part about actually being around people that she loved to watch on TV.

Still, he noted that it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing.

“Her being a fan, is it even an insult?” he mused.
