The Osbourne family has always been an open book, even starring on a soul-baring MTV reality show from 2002 to 2005. One topic the famous brood has never shied away from, even after their small-screen gig ended, is their struggles with weight.
Matriarch Sharon Osbourne shed more than 100 pounds after getting gastric band surgery in 1999, as well as a sleeve gastrectomy, in which part of her stomach was separated and removed from her body.
Kelly Osbourne decided to get bariatric surgery in 2018, leading to an 85-pound drop in weight, which she revealed in 2020.
“I will never ever ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done,” she said at the time.”
Both Kelly and Sharon have copped to using Ozempic in recent years, although the latter isn’t a fan.
“I’m too gaunt, and I can’t put any weight on,” the former host of ‘The Talk’ admitted in 2023 after turning to the diabetes-turned-weight-loss drug. “I want to because I feel I’m too skinny. I’m under 100 pounds, and I don’t want to be.”
Jack Osbourne, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2012, lost a whopping 70 pounds seven years prior when he sought help for his addiction battle and adopted a healthier lifestyle.
Aimee Osbourne, the family member who has chosen to stay mostly out of the spotlight, showcased a much slimmer frame in a rare 2025 appearance.
