A judge in Arizona on Wednesday ordered a temporary halt to the release of the records surrounding the death of the 3-year-old son of influencer Emilie Kiser.

Last month, Kiser filed a lawsuit against multiple Maricopa County offices to keep her son Trigg’s death records private. The boy died May 18 after spending six days in critical condition at a hospital following an incident in a backyard pool.

NBC affiliate KNPX of Phoenix reported authorities found a 3-year-old unconscious and being pulled out of a pool when they responded to a drowning call in Chandler on May 12.

The 26-year-old influencer who creates mom and wife lifestyle content on social media sued over privacy concerns, as more than 100 public records requests were filed with the city of Chandler and Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office after the toddler’s death.

“Emilie and her family desperately want to grieve in private, but sadly, the public will not let them,” the suit stated. Kiser also has a 2-month-old son, Theodore, with husband Brady Kiser.

The suit said that Kiser had not reviewed the autopsy reports, video from security and body cameras or other records the public had requested and that she did not intend to.

NBC affiliate KNPX of Phoenix reported authorities found a 3-year-old unconscious and being pulled out of a pool when they responded to a drowning call in Chandler on May 12, about 20 miles southeast of Phoenix. Chandler Fire Department officials previously told KPNX police officers were the first to arrive on the scene and performed CPR until firefighters arrived.

Kiser’s attorneys did not immediately respond to a request for comment Wednesday.
