Lacrosse has massively grown in popularity in recent years, and much of the credit can be attributed to Paul Rabil, who is one of the sport’s Hall of Famers and a Premier Lacrosse League co-founder.
Episode 1 of the series features two prominent names in sports, New England Patriots’ Super Bowl champions Bill Belichick and Chris Hogan. Belichick has always had a strong affinity for the sport, and his former player, Hogan, was a lacrosse star who transitioned to the NFL.
Ricky Miezan and Nakeie Montgomery will also be featured in this episode and talk about their decision to choose lacrosse over football.
“Turf Wars” is the title of the first episode, which will delve into the strong relationship between the two sports. To take it even a step further, the show is produced by NFL Hall of Famer Peyton Manning’s Omaha Productions.
