It’s Britney.
On Tuesday, Balenciaga and Britney Spears debuted a surprise collaboration for the Balenciaga Music series, featuring limited-edition merchandise and a playlist curated by the princess of pop herself.
The 12-piece ready-to-wear and accessories collection — which was unveiled as part of the fashion house’s “Exactitudes” spring 2026 lookbook — runs the gamut from a cropped graphic tee ($795) with an throwback photo of Spears baring her abs and thong to a studded black baseball cap ($1,250) that reads “Britney” in blue.
And she’s giving us more. Available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and Amazon Music, the playlist includes hits from her personal archive and songs that have inspired her, such as Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing” and Madonna’s “Justify My Love.”
BFRND, a French composer and husband to Balenciaga creative director Demna, also released two remixes of her most popular songs, “Oops!… I Did It Again” and “Gimme More.”
“Britney is a trailblazer, she defined pop music and inspired generations of artists, reworking her legacy is a great honor,” BFRND said in a press release.
Spears, 43, also expressed her enthusiasm about the new partnership in a statement.
“I have always loved fashion and was so honored and excited Balenciaga and Demna chose to collaborate with me on Demna’s last collection with the House,” the Grammy-winning musician explained.
“I hope my fans love it as much as I do! These are some of my favorite images from such an amazing time in my career and life, and I’m so excited to share it with everyone.”
“Exactitudes” is Demna’s final collection for Balenciaga before he takes the helm at Gucci next month, with Pierpaolo Piccioli (formerly of Valentino) taking his place.
Britney follows an entire collection of fan-inspired graphic T-shirts from Demna’s Balenciaga, highlighting ambassadors including Kim Kardashian, Nicole Kidman, Michelle Yeoh and more.
Perhaps we’ll see Brit in a campaign soon enough.
