Nobody Wants This — Erin Foster’s breakout comedy for Netflix — will return for its second season Oct. 23.
Returning cast members from Season 1 include Kristen Bell, Adam Brody, Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons, Jackie Tohn, Stephanie Faracy, Michael Hitchcock, Tovah Feldshuh, Paul Ben-Victor, Emily Arlook, Sherry Cola and Shiloh Berman.
Girls alums Jenni Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan joined the comedy as executive producers and showrunners for Season 2. They are joined by Nora Silver, President at Jenni Konner Productions, who will executive produce alongside Foster, Steven Levitan, Kristen Bell, Sara Foster, Danielle Stokdyk, Jeff Morton, Bruce Eric Kaplan, Jenni Konner and Nora Silver. Oly Obst is executive producer for 3arts.

In Nobody Wants This, an agnostic podcast host and an unconventional rabbi on the rebound walk into a party. When they walk out — together — the unlikely pair, Joanne (Bell) and Noah (Brody), can tell there is something between them. But also potentially between them, with their differing outlooks on life, all of the modern obstacles to love, and their sometimes well-meaning, sometimes sabotaging families — including her sister Morgan (Lupe) and brother Sasha (Simons).
Season 2 guest stars include Leighton Meester, Miles Fowler, Alex Karpovsky and Arian Moayed.
Season 1 of the series spent 6 weeks in Netflix’s Global English Top 10 TV List and reached the Top 10 in 89 countries. The series was also viewed 57M times from its September 26th release through the end of 2024.
