A 44-year-old woman was badly beaten on Randall’s Island late Friday night and is still unresponsive four days later, authorities said Tuesday.

The victim was found with serious injuries and taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where she remains in critical condition and unresponsive as of Tuesday, police said.

With cops unable to speak to the woman, her attack largely remains a mystery.

More information about the brutal beatdown, including if the assault was random, was not immediately known, police said.
