PHOENIX — Two months after its first go in the Valley, Scottsdale Art Week presented by Scottsdale Ferrari will be making a return to WestWorld from March 19-22 in 2026, a press release announced on Thursday.

The multiday event, which is the largest “modern and contemporary art show in the Western United States outside of Los Angeles,” showcased unique pieces from nine countries from March 20-23 and the total sale of art amounted to millions by its conclusion, co-owner of Scottsdale Art Week Trey Brennen said in the release.

“Our goal was to create the largest cultural event in the Southwest,” Brennen said. “This is a market that knows how to do big things, with the largest collector car auction in the world (Barrett-Jackson), the most attended golf tournament (WM Phoenix Open), the largest Arabian horse show and incredible crowds during MLB’s spring training.

“Scottsdale Art Week was birthed in the same spirit to be big, meaningful and unique on the American art calendar.”

More than 14,000 people attended this year’s inaugural mega-show and were able to witness paintings, sculptures and an extensive list of cultural programming. Some of the programming already revealed for 2026 features “The Ins and Outs of Collecting Sports Memorabilia” (March 21), “Growth and Development of Latinx Art in the Metro Phoenix Region and Beyond” (March 22) and “Art & Artificial Intelligence — Shaping the Future of Creativity” (March 23).

Many exhibitors that participated in March are expected to be in the lineup next year. The full layout and list of exhibitors already committed for 2026 can be found here.

Event partners from this year, such as Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, Arizona State University Art Museum and the Center for Creative Photography are continuing to collaborate with the show and other out-of-state art organizations are being considered as well, according to the release.
