She has fans wigging out.

Nicole Kidman suffered an accidental wig snafu while walking the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival Sunday.

The “Perfect Couple” actress’s strawberry blond hairpiece appeared to blend in with her natural waves as she attended the 2025 Kering Women In Motion Awards, but eagle-eyed critics spotted a mishap in the details.

Kidman’s lace-front wig was pinned along her hairline with several of her natural strands peeking out. However, the faux and real hair were clearly different colors — indicating that her ‘do wasn’t all natural.

On top of that, the lace was visible along her part, becoming a dead giveaway that she was wearing a hairpiece — though fans of the “Practical Magic” star will know that she’s rarely without a wig in public or on screen.

Despite the hairy blunder, Kidman still looked glamorous at the star-studded event in a red lace floor-length turtleneck gown by Balenciaga.

She also accessorized with red pointed-toe pumps and a delicate gold watch and she painted her nails a pop-out navy blue.

The “Babygirl” star, 57, has long been known for experimenting with wigs throughout her Hollywood career, wearing styles ranging from short bobs to curly coiffures and switching up the hue of her hair in almost all of her film projects

Off the big screen, Kidman sparked speculation that she was rocking a rug at the 2025 Met Gala earlier this month.

The Hollywood star embodied this year’s gala theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” by tailoring her locks into a two-toned pixie hairstyle with long side bangs framing one side of her face.

Celebrity hairstylist Adir Abergel “brought out the essence of Dandyism” by “honoring the Dandies and their individuality, elegance, and confidence—where every detail is tailored to that unique person,” a press release noted of Abergel’s process.

The statement explained that Abergel’s styling choice “was all about tailoring the right proportions.”

Days later, Kidman was back to wearing her signature long strands in a blowout that fell far past her shoulders while attending the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards — confirming speculation that the pixie cut wasn’t a permanent chop.
