The New York Knicks celebrated their historic semifinals win Friday night with a star-studded fête, Page Six has exclusively learned.
Timothée Chalamet, Russell Wilson and Jordyn Woods joined her boyfriend, Knicks power forward Karl-Anthony Towns, his teammates Jalen Brunson, OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges, Josh Hart, Miles McBride and several other players for a celebration filled with love and appreciation for all their hard work.
“The team really is best friend vibes! They just wanted to celebrate together and they really love each other,” a source exclusively tells us Saturday.
We’re told the party took place at the Meatpacking District’s private members’ club Chez Margaux, which pop superstar Taylor Swift has frequented with her friends in recent months.
Despite being in a celebratory mood, though, we’re told the Knicks players turned down offers “a handful of members” at the luxe social club made to send them complimentary bottles of Champagne.
“They are locked in and were just there to celebrate the win and weren’t drinking,” a source says.”They shared the bottles with their fans instead. They’re very appreciative and thankful for their fans, for this city.”
Given their 4-3 win against the Boston Celtics in the semifinals, the Knicks’ season is not over just yet.
The team is scheduled to face off against the Indiana Pacers Wednesday for the Eastern Conference Finals in the 2025 NBA Playoffs, marking their first playoffs appearance since 1999.
Chalamet — who is a diehard Knicks fan and has gone to several games this year, including with girlfriend Kylie Jenner — was sitting courtside at Game 6 to cheer on the team.
Jenner, 27, was not present Friday night, though, since she is currently on vacation in Turks and Caicos with her sister, Kendall Jenner.
Meanwhile, Chalamet’s excitement could not be contained — even after he exited the basketball court.
Fans captured the “Dune” star, 29, going absolutely wild outside of Madison Square Garden following the big win, as he stuck his head and body outside of his car window and high-fived fellow New Yorkers.
Chalamet was likely on his way to Chez Margaux to meet up with Woods, 27, Wilson, 36, and the others.
It’s unclear if, once inside of the private club, the Oscar nominee spent a lot of time with the influencer, who has had a rocky friendship with Kylie given her kissing scandal with Tristan Thompson in 2019.
However, the former best friends have made amends and were even seen jumping up and down and holding hands inside of MSG recently after the Knicks clinched the Game 4 win earlier this week.
