They’re floored by this NYC doorman.

Wilby Martinez is the Internet’s new obsession, with videos of him singing, dancing and “hyping up” a tenant in his Brooklyn building going viral.

“My angel of a doorman serenades me every morning,” Abigail Olshavsky captioned a TikTok video showing Martinez, 30, skipping around the lobby, singing.

Martinez showers tenants of the Park Slope building with compliments as they walk through the lobby.

“Where are you going . . . looking all nice,” Martinez says, looking Olshavsky, 27, up and down as she leaves on her way to dinner, as seen in another video she posted on TikTok last month.

Martinez’s sweet “Golden Retriever” energy, as Olshavsky calls it, went viral, prompting the brand manager to change her TikTok bio to, “You’re probably here for the doorman.”

In another clip, Martinez, a Lower East Side native who has worked in the building for two years, can be seen skipping in the lobby singing, “It’s fun to say ‘good morning,’ good morning to you.”

In another, Olshavsky delivers him homemade cookies, warning that they didn’t turn out well.

Nonetheless, he gasps with excitement — and she captioned the video saying he loved them.

In another post, a flabbergasted Martinez reacts to the news that their April 27 video got more than 2.8 million views.

“Did you always know you were going to be a star?” Olshavsky asks. “Cut it out,” a coy Martinez says before admitting, “I was prom king.”

His popularity is apparent in the comment section, where women gush over his dimples, nervous energy and slightly crooked tie.

“He’s CUTE,” one proclaimed.

Followers even noticed when Martinez got a haircut. “He cut his hair???” one wrote. “Owwweeee now we’re talkin.”

Some even call him “daddy doorman.”

“I know he likes you, but can you ask him if he likes me?” another TikToker ventured.

Many comments informed Olshavsky that Martinez is flirting and in love with her — a rumor she squashed in a video saying “you don’t s–t where you eat” — but the unexpected pair insist their upbeat personalities made them fast friends.

Their first interaction came after Olshavsky moved into the building in February, when Martinez helped her move a couch she was struggling to drag down to the lobby.

“He was more than willing to help,” she told The Post. “Just such an amazing, nice person — the energy that I want when I’m coming and going every day.”

She decided to film their day to day and her followers couldn’t get enough.

“They’re like, ‘I want him as my doorman. I need this energy every day.’ So if I can continue to provide that, that’s something that I want to do.”

As for Martinez, all he needs is the smiles from the building residents, all of whom he has come to know.

“I don’t need any more motivation to be energetic than to see people happy when they leave their home,” he said.

The duo swears they’ll remain in touch no matter where they work or live next.

“He’s part of my life now and I love him being in it!” Olshavsky said.
