Aubrey O’Day has revealed she will not testify in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing sex-trafficking trial following much speculation about whether or not she would take the stand.

“I’m not here to testify for the Diddy trial, that I know of,” the former Danity Kane member, 41, shared Friday from the New York City studio of her new iHeartRadio podcast, “Amy Robach & T.J. Holmes present: Aubrey O’Day, Covering the Diddy Trial.”

However, O’Day appeared to hint that could change, claiming she “was contacted by” and had “a meeting with” Homeland Security, the same government agency that conducted raids on Combs’ homes.

Earlier this week, it was reported that the “Damaged” singer would testify, with a source telling Us Weekly that O’Day was “ready” to take the witness stand.

“She’s not going to back down. She wants justice for everyone,” the insider further claimed to the outlet.

O’Day herself then fueled the rumor by cheekily posting a video of the Big Apple via her Instagram Stories and writing over it, “Hey New York!!! Where y’all think I should head first?” alongside a justice scale emoji.

The “Show Stopper” singer also posted a series of videos from a New York City rooftop, though, which she explained on “Aubrey O’Day, Covering the Diddy Trial” was done to “make it clear to everyone” that she was “not here testifying” and that she was in town “enjoying” herself.

On the premiere episode of her podcast, O’Day commented on Casandra “Cassie” Ventura’s grueling four days of testimony, which she just concluded on Friday afternoon.

Combs’ ex-girlfriend — who dated the rap mogul from 2007 to 2018 — testified on the stand about their abusive past, detailed their drug-fueled “Freak-Offs,” and had to sit through hours of cross-examination in which her raunchy texts were exposed and rape claims were brought into question.

“It feels very honest. It feels very open, vulnerable, horrific,” O’Day said of Ventura’s emotional testimony before adding, “It’s horrific that she had to go through go through so much.”

The “Famously Single” alum — who is a longtime supporter of the “Me & U” singer — also called out on her podcast a text that was read aloud in court that Combs, now 55, once sent Ventura, now 38, really stood out to her.

“There was a transcript that I read that went something like, ‘I don’t really or can we talk? I wanted to bring something up to you’ and he’s like, ‘Okay, yeah, you know you don’t want to do the freak out now. You so predictable’ … That’s a very… It’s a statement that groomers make,” she opined.

O’Day — who was signed to Combs’ Bad Boy Records from 2005 to 2008 — has alleged in the past that the record company founder “groomed” her when they met on MTV’s “Making the Band.”

“[Combs] is on camera saying how much he hates it, but he’s off-camera telling me all the ways I needed to be groomed properly like down to my toenails,” she claimed on the “Crysis Queen” podcast in September 2024, per the Daily Mail.

Combs fired O’Day in 2008, kicking her out of Danity Kane. More than a decade later, the “Stay With Me” singer claimed her ex-boss did so because she refused his alleged sexual advances.

“I wasn’t willing to do what was expected of me,” she claimed on “Call Her Daddy” in 2023. “Not talent-wise, but in other areas. .. That was very traumatic. I don’t think any of us have healed from that.”

Although O’Day is not set to recount her experiences in front of a jury, her former fellow band member Dawn Richard — who is suing Combs for sexual abuse — took the stand Friday.

The “Hello Good Morning” singer, 41, testified that she witnessed the rapper get violent with Ventura on multiple occasions. Her testimony is expected to continue on Monday.
