The Nuggets got yet another monster game from Nikola Jokic in Game 5, scoring 44 points with 15 rebounds, five assists, and two steals, but the Nuggets shot just 28.3% from the 3-point line and 41.2% overall and couldn’t overcome a fourth-quarter onslaught from the Thunder.
The final quarter saw the Nuggets outscored by 15, with every Denver player outside of Jokic combining to shoot just 1-for-15.
