Since the beginning of the year, Meghan Markle has ramped up her public-facing work drastically, launching her Netflix show With Love, Meghan, her lifestyle brand As Ever, and her new podcast Confessions of a Female Founder in a span of about a month. After a busy month of charity events and podcast interviews, Meghan and her husband Prince Harry found some time to relax at Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour stop at So-Fi Stadium on Friday.
Meghan shared pictures of the outing on Instagram, which show her posing with Harry and and their friends, Brian and Tracy Robbins. “About last night…. Thank you @beyonce and team for an amazing concert (and a very fun date night)! All love,” the duchess wrote.

Meghan wore a Carolina Herrera denim dress to fit in with the cowboy dress code and jewelry from Logan Hollowell. In one of the pictures, she tried on Harry’s khaki colored Kemo Sabe hat. In another, she showed the hat’s underside, embossed with an American flag, a Union Jack, the California state flag, and the names of his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet of Sussex, along with “my love,” presumably a reference to Meghan.

On Sunday, Meghan celebrated mother’s day with a photo showing her holding Archie and Lili, captioning it, “Cheers to juggling it all with joy!” On May 6, Archie turned six, and in a post marking the occasion, his mother noted that they had celebrated with a party the weekend before. The series of posts were a continuation of her recent habit of featuring her children from behind or in profile, allowing her to participate enthusiastically on social media while still keeping her children’s faces out of the spotlight for privacy reasons.
As Meghan’s business endeavors continue to grow, the couple is shaking up their staff behind the scenes. On Saturday, The Telegraph reported that the pair have two staffers in new roles. Sarah Fosmo, a former assistant to Bill Gates at Gates Ventures, is serving as Meghan’s chief of staff. Lianne Cashin, a former assistant to snowboarder Shaun White who has served as Archewell’s Head of Operations, is transitioning to a consulting role with the organization.
A source told the newspaper that Fosmo is suited to support the duchess in her various projects. “Sarah, our proud senior hire as chief of staff for the Duchess of Sussex, brings a wealth of experience perfectly suited to guide the Sussexes’ ambitious ventures, including a new business, podcast, and television project,” the source said. “Her expertise and steady leadership are critical to navigating this dynamic period of growth.”
