Blake Lively’s rep has issued a scathing response to Justin Baldoni’s legal team subpoenaing Taylor Swift.

The “It Ends With Us” star’s spokesperson tells Page Six Saturday that Baldoni, his Wayfarer Studios co-founder Steve Sarowitz and their team “continue to turn a case of sexual harassment and retaliation into entertainment for the tabloids.”

The rep also slams Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman for suggesting that Lively, 37, should give her deposition at Madison Square Garden since she is open to testifying.

However, spokesperson praises Swift, 35, in their statement for being “a woman who has given a voice to millions the world over” before noting Baldoni and Lively’s ongoing feud is a “very serious legal matter, not Barnum & Bailey’s Circus.”

“The defendants continue to publicly intimidate, bully, shame and attack women’s rights and reputations, the publicist further claims.

“Including in the past month seeking to strike down for all, a powerful California victims’ rights law, calling it ‘unconstitutional,’” they add, referencing the argument Lively’s legal team made in court for why Baldoni’s countersuit against the “Gossip Girl” alum should be tossed out.

The rep concludes, “The disturbing actions by a billionaire, men who made their careers as ‘female allies’ and their team continue to show their true colors.”

Page Six has reached out to Baldoni’s rep for a response but has not heard back.

Swift’s rep shared a similar sentiment Friday, telling Page Six that their pop superstar client was being used “to draw public interest by creating tabloid clickbait instead of focusing on the facts of the case.”

The publicist also emphatically denied that Swift played any role in the making of “It Ends With Us.”

“[She] never set foot on the set of this movie, she was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film, she never saw an edit or made any notes on the film, she did not even see ‘It Ends With Us’ until weeks after its public release, and was traveling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history,” the rep further claimed.

It’s unclear where Swift and Lively’s friendship currently stands following the subpoena. However, Page Six exclusively reported in April that the “Shake It” off singer’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, intentionally unfollowed Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynold, because of the legal drama.

It’s long been rumored that Baldoni’s lawyers planned to subpoena Swift, though, and Freedman even publicly said back in February that deposing her would “probably be a game time decision.”

Swift’s name was first dragged into the legal battle when Baldoni, 41, hinted in his $400 million countersuit at how Lively allegedly used the Grammy winner’s influence to assert control over their film.

In the court docs, obtained by Page Six, the “Jane the Virgin” alum claimed he received a text from his former co-star, in which she referred to Swift and Reynolds, 48, as “dragons” who “protect” her in all of her battles. The message was sent after a meeting they had over script re-writes.

“The message could not have been clearer. Baldoni was not just dealing with Lively. He was also facing Lively’s ‘dragons,’ two of the most influential and wealthy celebrities in the world, who were not afraid to make things very difficult for him,” Baldoni’s lawyers argued in the lawsuit.

The actor-director is countersuing Lively after she filed a California Civil Rights Department complaint and subsequent lawsuit against him for emotional distress and sexual harassment.

The “Age of Adeline” star alleged that Baldoni made inappropriate remarks toward her that were sexual in nature, walked in on her while breast-feeding and made other women feel “uncomfortable” on set. She also claimed he launched a smear campaign against her to ruin her reputation.

Baldoni has denied any wrongdoing and his countersuit is for defamation and extortion. Their legal cases are set to go to trial in March 2026.
