Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck spared no expense when buying — and renovating — their marital mansion.
The former couple — whose divorce was finalized in January — paid $60.8 million when they bought the Beverly Hills estate in May 2023, a little less than a year after they got married.
Agreeing to go their separate ways, they initially tried to sell the property off-market “for around $65 million,” a source claimed in June 2024.
The following month, Lopez, 55, and Affleck, 52, formally listed the home for $68 million.
In September 2024, they accepted a $64 million offer; however, the buyers pulled out of escrow following a death in the family.
On Tuesday, the exes — who have already agreed to split any profits of the property’s sale — dropped the asking price to $59.95 million.
The mega-mansion is nestled in one of Beverly Hills’ most exclusive and secure enclaves and sits atop a five-acre promontory, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
It’s located prominently behind double gates to ensure privacy and security.
The three-story residence spans across 46,000 square feet and features 12 bedrooms and 24 full bathrooms.
There is also a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house and a two-bedroom guardhouse.
The space includes a 12-car garage and parking accommodations for up to 80 vehicles.
The home — which was built in 2000 — was designed and constructed with impeccable taste, integrating today’s cutting-edge technology with timeless elegance.
It features an indoor sports complex complete with both basketball and pickleball courts, a fully-equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge and a bar.
The grounds also contain an elevator and built-in appliances as well as multiple dining and living rooms.
And lastly, a stunning zero-edge pool frames the expansive estate.
