HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Camp to Amp is set to return to the MidCity District this May.
On May 17, starting at noon and continuing until 6 p.m., over 100 vendors will be set up around the MidCity District for the fourth annual Camp to Amp Festival.
Guests can enjoy live music, artistic performances, vendors, dining, beverages, a non-profit showcase, public art, and shopping spread across the District, and the best part is it is free to attend!
“MidCity District and our partners are thrilled to gather the community for the fourth annual Camp to Amp Festival. Every year, we grow this event in both size and creativity. The overarching theme of Camp to Amp is the ‘community showing up for the community.’ If you would like to see the best parts about North Alabama: diversity, creativity, and authenticity, join us for Camp to Amp 2025,” Lindsey Pattillo Keane, Executive Director of MidCity District, said.
There are said to be live performances at The Camp and MidCity stage from local artists such as the Huntsville Community Drumline, Free Candy, Pat Jamar, Smorgasbord, Otis Walker Band and more.
The Orion will also have a kids’ zone with bounce houses, lawn games, snacks and sweets as well as performances by organizations like Baila Huntsville, LuminArts Entertainment and Opera Huntsville.
Free parking is available throughout the MidCity District, The Camp, and The Orion Amphitheater – with walkable streets and sidewalks to get from stage to stage.
You can learn more about this event and see performers and vendors on the Camp to Amp website here.
