Nicole Scherzinger showed off her flawlessly fit figure in three skin-baring bikinis during a new photo shoot.
In two of the glamorous photos, the Pussycat Dolls alum posed in two different black string bikinis — one with a cover-up and one without. In a third photo, Scherzinger wore an olive green swimsuit with an oversized camouflage cover-up.
In all three shots, the “Moana 2” voice actress accessorized with various jewelry and posed seductively against a cityscape. She finished her glam with neutral makeup and a soft pink lip.
At 46, Scherzinger appears to be aging backwards. And she’s opened up a number of times about how she achieves her effortless glow.
“Take care of yourself and do what makes you feel good,” she told Get the Gloss in 2015.
“Eat the right food, exercise, workout, listen to music that puts you in a positive mood. Find time for prayer and meditation and make time for you – take a bath, go for a massage, workout, stretch…”
Scherzinger, who is currently starring in a Broadway revival of “Sunset Blvd.,” more recently shared details on maintaining her flawless figure with a varied workout routine.
“In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” she told Women’s Health in 2019.
“When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga – a modified version of bikram yoga – or hiking, and core power yoga in LA.”
And in 2024, she followed up the advice by making a case for “moderation.”
“You don’t have to kill yourself,” she told Women’s Health in February 2024.
“When I was part of the Pussycat Dolls, I used to think you had to work out for three or four hours a day, but you don’t. It’s about doing 20, 30 or 40 minutes. I usually do 30- or 45-minute workouts, and it’s about being smart with that time – doing what works for you.’
