Kylie Jenner has found the perfect transition nail color for spring to summer with a fiery cherry-coded mani. After wearing chrome textured 3D nail art to Coachella, the Kylie Cosmetics founder went classic with a fiery red shade that’s perfect for warmer temperatures. Jenner’s nail artist Zola Ganzorigt, who works with celebs like Hailey Bieber, Ariana Greenblatt, and Jennie Kim, created the look, referring to the color as “spring red” on Instagram.
The color is definitely spring-ready. Instead of the deep wine and burgundy shades that are popular in the fall and winter, Jenner’s red is a bright cherry color with cool undertones. Bold and bright, it’s ideal for spring and summer nail designs—or to wear plain like Jenner.

Showing off the mani on Instagram to promote her lip kits at Ulta, Jenner gave followers a good look at the color and her long almond nail shape. Almond nails are among the most flattering silhouettes for bold colors like red. “Almond shapes are very flattering and chic and work best with longer nails,” says nail artist and Sally Hansen ambassador Hannah Lee. If your nails are naturally short, achieving almond perfection might require the help of acrylic nails or extensions.
As for the rest of her look, Jenner wore a classic white tank top, white pants, and stacked silver rings. She kept her glam minimal, while her hair was styled in her signature bombshell blowout. She wore a similar look at Coachella, where she was spotted with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet. The two were seen enjoying Charli XCX’s set together, where she wore a similar outfit of a white crop top, baggy white pants, and a low-key baseball cap. For that occasion, Jenner and Ganzorigt created a nude matte set decorated with silver chrome stars.

If you want to copy Jenner’s look, you’re in luckk. According to Vogue, Ganzorigt layered on two different shades of red to get the vibrant cherry color. “This manicure was for a future project,” Ganzorigt said. “We wanted a more vibrant spring red instead of a traditional, Christmas red, so we mixed colors to come up with this bright red.”
The colors in question? “One coat of OPI’s Rust and Relaxation and one coat of Big Apple Red.”
