Two twisted hooligans are behind bars after allegedly trying to ram bleach down the throat of man in a wheelchair during a disturbing attack in Michigan, prosecutors said.
Brittany Walker, 34, and Samuel Payton, 62, were arraigned Wednesday on torture and assault charges for the violent ambush that unfolded at a Detroit apartment on Jan. 29, according to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, Fox 2 reported.
Prosecutors said an argument between the accused assailants and the 44-year-old victim escalated when the unhinged pair tortured the disabled man and then forced him to ingest the chemical poison.
It is unclear what the deranged duo’s relationship is to the victim.
Prosecutors said the victim was taken to a local hospital after he suffered a cranial bleed and a left orbital wall fracture.
The crazed pair were collared on Feb. 20, according to jail records.
Walker was charged with torture, first-degree vulnerable adult abuse and three counts of assault.
Payton was also slapped with torture and assault charges.
Both suspects are each being held on $1 million bonds at Adult Detention Facility, where they have remained since their arrest, jail records showed.
Walker and Payton are scheduled to appear next in court on May 28.
