Dorit Kemsley filed for divorce from her husband of 10 years, Paul “PK” Kemsley, on Friday — just hours after her estranged husband was seen kissing another woman.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star is asking the court to grant her sole legal and physical custody of their two children — son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9 — according to court docs obtained by Page Six.

Dorit listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. She’s also requesting spousal support and that PK pay her legal fees.

Sources with ties to the couple claimed they do not have a prenuptial agreement in place, per TMZ, who was the first to report this news.

As we previously reported on Friday, the english businessman was pictured on Thursday locking lips with reality star Shana Wall, who appeared on CBS’s “The Amazing Race.”

The model, 50, wore a white crop top and matching skirt, as she wrapped her arms around PK and leaned in for a smooch outside of celebrity hotspot Cipriani’s in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Dorit, 48, and PK, 57, first announced their separation in May 2024.

“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage,” they said in a joint statement posted to social media at the time. “We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together.”

The estranged couple explained that they wanted to “maintain a harmonious environment” for their two children, so they “made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart.”

“We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey,” they concluded.

Dorit and PK’s separation has been a focal point on the current season of “RHOBH,” which has documented both of them trying to navigate their new normal.

“[There] was no catastrophic event. No one cheated on anyone,” she clarified during the Season 14 premiere, which aired on Nov. 19.

The Bravolebrity recalled having a conversation with the businessman during which “one thing led to another” and they “mutually decided that taking some space … is the best thing.”

Dorit described their relationship as “very toxic” and even claimed PK was a “full-blown alcoholic.”

“Over the years, [his drinking has] gotten progressively worse, and little fights will turn into blowups,” she said. “We would be in the gutter after a fight, screaming at one another.”

The England native has since become sober, celebrating nine months clean in September.

“The benefits are so freaking huge … you get to witness your life as it’s supposed to be experienced ,raw ,real and beautiful … you get to sit in the pain and it passes , you get to look and feel better … it’s so strong and empowering I can’t begin to tell you,” he wrote via Instagram at the time.

In November, Dorit shared an update on her current status with PK, saying on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” that they were “friendly.”

The Kemsleys married in March 2015.
