Colorways: “Vintage Khaki” and “Brown”
SKUs: U2010AGY and U2010ANV
MSRP: $160 USD
Release Date: May 7 (“Vintage Khaki”)
Where to Buy: New Balance

Update: The New Balance ABZORB 2010 is now officially set to debut next month in its “Vintage Khaki” colorway that we previewed previously below. Pictured first in the above gallery, it builds upon the brand’s running heritage with a familiar-yet-fresh finish. A diamond-knit mesh upper is joined by a segmented ABZORB sole unit, combining brown and green throughout the upper of this pair. Release for the ABZORB 2010 “Vintage Khaki” is set to take place on May 7 via New Balance and select retailers at a starting price of $160 USD. Stay tuned for release details regarding other colorways and revisit our initial breakdown below for more info.

Original Story: New Balance has two new silhouettes being prepared as additions to its lineup of lifestyle runners — the 2000 and the 2010. While the former offers a modern touch, the 2010 sticks to what the American sportswear brand does best — retro-inspired runners with mixed material uppers. After catching a first look at the sneaker in February, collaborations featuring the shoe by the likes of Kith and Rich Paul surfaced.

Adding to the list of upcoming New Balance 2010 releases, two new colorways have been teased by the brand. First up is a “Vintage Khaki” that begins with a forest green mesh at its base and applies overlays of dark brown and olive before completing the upper with gray “N” logos. Its ABZORB-backed sole unit sees dark gray accompanied by blue and black. As for its partner in “Brown,” the shoe starts with a soft brown mesh and pairs it with black and auburn-colored overlays.

At the time of writing, New Balance has yet to announce when its new 2010 runner will be initially landing on shelves. Stay tuned for updates, including the reveal of additional colorways, as these “Vintage Khaki” and “Brown” looks are expected to arrive this summer via New Balance and select retailers.
