Lil Wayne is gearing up for the release of his new album The Carter VI with the release of a new capsule collaboration with the NFL and Mitchell & Ness inspired by football.
With sports heritage in mind, the collaboration features an exclusive limited-edition apparel collection that blends Lil Wayne’s signature style and love for the NFL all in one. Kicking of the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay this year, Weezy designs a selection of limited edition tees, hoodies and iconic jerseys that feature a nod to his new album as well as the Packers legendary “Cheesehead” culture motifs. A long-time Packers fan, Weezy’s collection features bold graphics and premium detailing that pay homage to the Greeen Bay heritage.
Lil Wayne said of his new collaboration, “We had to create something that reps the G but still drips with that Tunechi flavor.
