Justin Bieber’s longtime friend reportedly believes singer is in a cult as inner circle shrinks

One of Justin Bieber’s longtime friends believes the singer is in a cult as his inner circle continues to shrink, according to a new report.

Ryan Good — the co-founder and creative director of Bieber’s fashion brand, Drew House — has not spoken to the pop star in more than a year over concerns about his pastor, Judah Smith, sources told TMZ on Tuesday.

The pair reportedly stopped talking after Good, 41, left the 31-year-old Grammy winner’s place of worship, Churchome in Beverly Hills, Calif., where Smith is on the leadership team.

Good believed the church was a cult, per the insiders, and Bieber becoming close to Smith, 46, was “a big factor in their separation.”

Additionally, the “Baby” crooner made Smith a board member at Drew House a few years ago despite their alleged tension with Good, which the sources called “weird” given the pastor is not a businessman.

Good, who also once worked as Bieber’s road manager, is said to be “worried” about his former pal — especially after seeing the performer’s bizarre behavior recently.

Page Six reached out to Churchome and reps for Bieber for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Earlier this month, the former teen idol revealed he had quit Drew House and urged his fans to no longer support the company.

“I Justin Bieber am no longer involved in this brand,” he wrote atop a screenshot of Drew House’s Instagram account.

“Drew House doesn’t represent me or my family or life,” he added. “If your [sic] rocking with me the human Justin Bieber don’t waste ur money on Drew House.”

In recent months, fans have expressed concern for Bieber, as he has displayed unusual behavior in public.

The “Never Say Never” singer was seen swaying side to side at his wife Hailey Bieber’s Rhode skincare event in Los Angeles in February.

His rep denied he was on drugs at the time, saying the rumors were “exhausting and pitiful” and showed that “despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”

Justin took to Instagram Live the following month and began rapping as his eyelids appeared droopy.

More recently, former close friends and associates expressed concern for the hitmaker’s mental health.

“Seeing him disintegrate like this … it’s watching the embodiment of someone not living their purpose,” an ex-team member claimed to the Hollywood Reporter last Wednesday.

“He’s lost,” an unidentified former colleague of Justin added. “There’s no one protecting him because there’s no one there willing to say no to him. You say no, you get blown out.”

Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd — who co-wrote several of Justin’s biggest hits — told the magazine, “Whatever he’s going through, I pray for him and hope he’s OK.”

In response, Justin’s rep told Page Six, “This is just clickbait stupidity based on unnamed — and clearly ill-informed — ‘sources,’ disappointed that they no longer work with Justin.

“As Justin forges his own way forward, these unnecessary stories and inaccurate assumptions will continue. But, they won’t deter him from staying committed to following the right path.”
