April 22, 2025: Call her Mrs. Hurts! In a Men’s Health interview conducted some time post-Super Bowl, the footballer tells the magazine, “You can call her my wife,” apparently intimating that the pair would by the time the issue went to print. CUTE.
February 9, 2025: Jalen Hurts leads the Eagles to a stunning victory over the Chiefs at Super Bowl LIX, and of course, Burrows congratulates him on the field. And oh yeah, he’s the MVP!

February 6, 2025: At a pre–Super Bowl press conference, Hurts mentions his lady, saying, “To Bry, the missus. Thank you for the support, thank you for the love. And thank you for being the rock that I can lean on.”

October 2023: Jalen Hurts and Bry Burrows go red-carpet official at the Time100 Next Gala.
April 2023: In a cover story for Essence, Hurts says, “I’m not married or anything like that, but I am spoken for.” The writer notes that the pair have been dating “on and off” since college. “I knew a long time ago,” says Hurts about Burrows. “I mean, to this point in my life, that’s an irreplaceable feeling. I think that’s what allowed us to get to where we are now.”
January 2023: Burrows is spotted cheering for Hurts at an Eagles game and joins him on the field after the Birds win.
2016–2017: It’s not clear exactly when the pair met, but it was during their time at the University of Alabama, which Hurts attended from 2016 to 2018, and from which Burrows graduated in 2017 with a bachelor’s in both Spanish and political science. After graduation, Burrows went on to pursue an MBA, also at ’Bama, and later work for IBM, while Hurts was drafted into the NFL in 2020.
