PRICEVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The City of Priceville will celebrate 50 years of existence on Saturday, April 26.
The celebration will have something for everyone to enjoy including inflatables, a petting zoo, paint ball, book signings by local authors, live music, food trucks, and more!
Musical artists such as Jonah Evans, Liam Lonnergan, and Collin Raye will also be in attendance for performances.
The event will take place at the Priceville Event Center from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Some road closures have been announced by the city that can be found below:
- Marco Drive (From the Terrace to Upper River Road)
- Cave Springs Road (From the intersection of North Bethel Road to Marco Drive)
According to the city, these roads will be closed on April 25 at 4 p.m. and will remained closed until April 27 at 12 p.m.
Overflow parking for the event will also be available at the Ark Family Worship Center and at Priceville Jr. High School. Local churches will provide a bus shuttle from these areas to the Priceville Event Center.
The night will end with a firework display for all to enjoy.
The family-friendly event is also free of charge for everyone.
