Bethenny Frankel is trading in her historic Connecticut home for a Florida fixer, Page Six hears.

The Skinnygirl mogul suddenly announced last week that she and daughter Bryn are heading for the Sunshine State.

Now we hear that she’s showing her Greenwich home off-market (i.e., without listing it publicly) while looking forward a place to buy in Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach.

We’re told she’s looking for around $8 million for her current place, and that a “select group of family and friends” have recently been spotted checking out the property.

We hear she bought the place, which was built in 1743, for $4.2 million, but has made extensive renovations.

The home has only had 20 residents over the centuries, according to Frankel, who gave a tour of the space on “In Depth With Graham Bensinger.”

In the video she shows off an addition and a podcast studio she built in the basement.

Frankel, who has been a longtime resident of Manhattan, announced Thursday that she was relocating to Florida for “personal and professional reasons.”

A source tells Page Six that while she is keeping her beachfront Miami property, she is looking for a new place in the Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach area

“She loves a home renovation project,” says the source. “She’s looking for a house that needs some work so she can design it and make it feel like hers.”

In terms of location, “She’s prioritizing convenience and staying close to friends over the typical Miami scene.”

A source previously told Page Six that she is moving to support her 14-year-old daughter Bryn, who plays competitive volleyball.

“Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest for myself and my daughter,” Frankel said in an Instagram video.

The former Bravolebrity clarified that she and Bryn, whose father is Frankel’s ex-husband Jason Hoppy, “will maintain residences in the Hamptons and New York City because we love New York.”

In September 2024, Frankel listed a Bridgehampton estate which she had bought in 2013, for nearly $6 million.

In 2022, she sold a Soho loft for around $7 million.

She currently owns a $5.5 million property in Southampton.

In January 2024, Frankel purchased a 1,300-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom prewar pied-à-terre on the Upper West Side.

“She’s basically the queen of the real estate flip,” a source tells us.
