As the punk band headlined Weekend 2 of Coachella, they exchanged some playful barbs with Charli XCX, who also performed at the 2025 music festival in Indio, California.
After the British artist partied during Weekend 1 in a t-shirt printed with a sash reading “Miss Should Be Headliner,” drummer Tré Cool posed in his own sash made from toilet paper, which read, “Actual Headliner.”
“Obsessed,” wrote Charli on X with the photo of Cool, also sharing a snapshot of the band’s frontman Billie Joe Armstrong sporting a Brat hat in support of Charli’s sixth studio album.
