Are my coworkers sleeping on the job?

Half a decade after becoming a pandemic fashion phenomenon, the Hill House Home Nap Dress is officially a closet classic — just as Page Six’s own editors, who can often be spotted in the floaty frocks that are, as their name suggests, comfortable enough to snooze in.

“Like many, I was first drawn to the Nap Dress during quarantine. I’ve always loved the look of old-timey nightgowns, so Hill House’s modern (and much more wearable) versions spoke to me instantly,” Style & Shopping Director Elana Fishman tells me.

“I received an earlier version of the Anjuli Nap Dress as a birthday gift in the early days of COVID, and proceeded to wear it while working from home, for weekend walks in the park and even while getting ready for my wedding in 2021.”

Since then, Fishman’s added several more Hill House styles to her wardrobe — and she’s currently eyeing some “Nap Separates,” too. (Specifically, the Azalea Nap Top and Delphine Nap Skirt.)

“I’ve worn my Nap Dresses for date nights, Sunday brunches and even to the office,” she says. “And whether I’m eating, dancing, running to catch the subway or spending hours sitting at my desk, the stretchy smocking keeps me comfy.”

They also make for pretty perfect maternity wear, per The Post’s VP of Influencer Marketing & Franchise Growth Kristin McNamara.

“I’ve been hearing about Hill House’s Nap Dresses for years, and complimenting women in my life that wore them,” she says.

“When I got pregnant, I was looking for comfortable but stylish clothes that could accommodate my growing belly, but also remain wearable at my regular size after I give birth.”

She promptly placed an order for three different Nap Dress styles, saying, “I’ve been able to wear them throughout my pregnancy over the past few months, and will be wearing them on repeat all summer — and likely next summer, too!”

And Page Six Senior Social Media Marketing Manager Michelle Moezam tells us she “joined the Nap Dress club in 2021 and never looked back,” calling the style “the most comfortable dress to wear while still looking ‘done up’ and ready for anything from errands to a dinner party.”

Moezam’s Nap Dress collection currently stands at five, and she’s planning to purchase two more before summer rolls around; she’s particularly partial to the brand’s textured clip dot options.

“It’s so soft and has aged so well that I return to buy anything in that fabric when they announce a new colorway,” she tells us.

My coworkers aren’t alone in their love of the brand’s bestselling style; stars like Taylor Swift, Anne Hathaway, Nicky Hilton and Anya Taylor-Joy have been spotted wearing Hill House Home, too.

Available in cotton, lace, eyelet and dressier crepe fabrics, the Nap Dress is a perfect travel companion. (And to complete your suitcase, the brand also makes swimsuits, pajamas and makeup bags in the same pretty prints.

And if you want to sneak in some Z’s while wearing yours, well, we won’t tell.
