Kris Jenner is recalling the simple life advice she once offered to a group of graduating high school girls that surprised them all.

While talking to Phoebe Gates and Sophia Kianni on an episode of their podcast The Burnouts, the 69-year-old momager of the Kardashian-Jenner empire revealed that she told the graduates to keep their cars clean — and explained what it would mean if they continued to do that.

“So, one time I was asked to speak to a group of kids that were graduating from high school, and it was spontaneous, and my girlfriend put me on a FaceTime, and they said, ‘What advice do you have for these young girls?’ And I said, ‘Keep your car clean.’ And they were like, ‘What?’ ” she said.

“Because it just kind of represents organizational skills and discipline just the way that you feel about yourself,” Jenner continued. “It’s like going out into the world, how do you want to present yourself when you go out into the world? You girls look so amazing today.”

Jenner elaborated on what a messy car looks like to her, bringing up “french fries mushed, paper cups and drinks thrown around, and clothes from last week, and an old hoodie, and everything’s dirty.”

“I could not think or be in a car like that. I don’t care what kind of a car it is,” she added, before mentioning the first car she owned.

“I remember I had a red Mazda, [it] was my first car, and it was a little hatchback. I loved this car,” Jenner stated. “I used to treat this car like it was my most prized possession. I washed it once or twice a week myself, I vacuumed it out. The car was perfect, the carpets were always clean, and if they wore out, I would save my money and buy a new little mat for the bottom.”

Ever the businesswoman, Jenner then jokingly said, “I wish that it was legal if I was interviewing somebody to have somebody sneak down and look at the inside of the car and [be like], ‘How does that look?’ “

Elsewhere during the podcast interview, 23-year-old co-host Kianni described Jenner as “the CEO of having business rizz. You’re the rizz master,” to which Jenner replied, “I’m a rizz master, I like it.”

Stanford roommates-turned-business partners Kianni and Gates — the 22-year-old daughter of Bill Gates and Melinda French Gates — recently launched The Burnouts podcast on April 1. Jenner was their first guest.
