EXCLUSIVE: Insanity, the London agency that reps Maya Jama and Zara McDermott, has hired two talent managers in its entertainment team.

Emily Gray and Rosie Luff join from rival agency Komodo and bring creator clients from the social world including ItalianBach, Marvin Brooks, Hari Beavis, Georgina Lennon, Puwtok and Aimee Rose.

Gray started her career in talent management in 2018 as personal assistant to Grace Beverley. Since then she has worked at Free Focus before spending almost three years with Komodo. Luff started off in influencer marketing and has been with Komodo for the past four years.

Insanity reps the likes of Love Island host Jama, ex-Love Island star McDermott, radio host Roman Kemp and Mollie King.

Insanity founder Andy Varley said Gray and Luff’s “passion, energy and unwavering commitment to championing their clients is genuinely inspiring, and their collaborative spirit perfectly aligns with our company culture.” “They both bring a fresh perspective and a dynamic approach to talent management that will no doubt elevate what we do across the board,” he added.

Last year, Insanity brought in a digital boss for its production arm in a bid to push further into the space.
