Gypsy-Rose Blanchard‘s ex Ryan Anderson candidly shared his reaction to seeing Blanchard’s paternity test results.

During the latest episode of Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up, Anderson shared his reaction to seeing the 33-year-old reality star’s paternity test results online. In a confessional, he said that he was “90% sure” he wasn’t the father of her baby and opened up about the pain he felt seeing her name beside someone else’s.

“When those results come back that was hard to see. I cried when I saw that,” Anderson said. “It was hard for me to look at that piece of paper because she still had my last name. It says Gypsy-Rose Alcida Anderson and then the father, Ken whatever his last name is.”

“It just hurt to see her name with somebody else as the dad, like with my last name. That’s what hurt,” he continued. “Every time I would mention her pregnancy on social media, every time, I’d always say, ‘But, I’m probably not the father,’ and I think I even said that in a TikTok Live, like ‘I’m 90% sure I’m not the father.'”

“But, there’s still that 10% of, I don’t know. I don’t know what I don’t know, right?” he added. “So, you know, 10% is 10%.”

Blanchard, whose experience as a victim of Munchausen by proxy made national headlines, and her boyfriend Ken Urker welcomed their first baby together, a daughter named Aurora Raina Urker, announcing the news on Instagram.

The photo showed Blanchard lying in a hospital bed as she and Urker held their newborn. The two parents looked down lovingly at their baby, who was wearing a pink hat.

Urker shared a snap of the new mom cradling their baby in an Instagram post on Wednesday, Jan. 1, with the caption, “Welcoming 2025 with the greatest gift of all 👼.”

Although she cleared up the father of her baby daughter Aurora, there are still some things Blanchard has been dealing with in regards to her ex-husband. Ahead of this season, she spoke with PEOPLE exclusively about their relationship, saying Anderson’s “not out of the picture yet.”

“We’re still dealing with some things wrapped around the paternity, believe it or not, getting the paperwork finalized for that,” Blanchard told PEOPLE.

“So it’s like I took the test before she was born, and I posted that Instagram that shut all the rumors of who the father was down, so it was clear, but then you have the court proceeding part of it, you have to follow up on,” she explained. “And so that is currently what we are dealing with. So Ryan is not out of the picture yet.”

Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
