The main area of the former church remains open, functioning as a living and dining space, complete with stained-glass windows original to the building.
A park on the edge of the Wilmington River is 10 minutes away on foot, and a public high school is within a five-minute drive. Downtown Savannah is a 15-minute drive and the beaches of Tybee Island take 30-minutes.

A hallway, with built-in cabinets, runs from the kitchen to the primary suite, which has access to the patio. The attached bathroom has a glass-door shower and a double vanity with basin-style sinks and a walk-in closet with built-in storage.
The second bedroom is also off the hallway, behind a frosted glass door. A full bathroom next door is adjacent to an equipped laundry room. An office, with its own half bathroom and an exterior entrance from the driveway, is on the first floor.
Outdoor space: In addition to the front balcony, the home has a side patio, with a circular in-ground hot tub and concrete bench seating around a fire pit. A carport has one parking spot, with room for another car in the driveway.
